Is it me or the show is quite "western" compared to the typical Indian show? With sex scenes, queer characters, and other adult themes it's different from all the other Indian shows I've seen in the past.

On the Apple TV device, multicolored subtitles were present for Korean and Japanese and they worked quite well, could this be an issue with a different streaming device?

I had similar issues in other languages, often they also disappear but rewinding they come back. No swear words "censorship" though. I also noticed that on streaming devices other than the Apple TV 4K, for example, the Fire TV or Google TV, only SDH versions of the subtitles are available.

It's the same in all the other European markets, I've been saying this from day one if they don't offer the same quality level the other streaming services provide, and that's 4K Dolby Vision or at least HDR10 and Dolby Atmos for sound, then they're not getting my money.

Most shows and movies nowadays are mixed in Dolby Atmos but unless one uses an actual Atmos setup, the 2-channel (stereo) downmix is problematic and most people don't/can't go into their TV menus to change a couple of audio settings that could (theoretically) solve or at least improve this.

It's getting better with every episode, even if I'm having trouble accepting all the excessive emotional reactions sometimes.

Don’t take it the wrong way, I meant it as in “I’m intrigued, I’ll keep watching”. With so many good shows available and so little time to watch them all this isn’t a bad comment, at least for me.
