Correct. Sheriff's recieve Act 10 training from the state, not Act 120, and are certified under The Sheriff and Deputy Sheriff Education and Training Board

Title follows the vehicle/VIN not the tag so this shouldn't have any impact on it since they're two separate transactions. Probably not even the same deptartment in PENNdot. Double check your paperwork against the VIN on the car to make sure it is correct. With 17 characters, it's easy to get a letter or number swapped or missing

The article only says "previously". There is nothing that says the sister was there that night with her. You think that night was the only time either of those girls was ever at Sheetz?

For what exactly? Because she found out what happened and alerted their parents?

Let's be honest with PENNDOT you're waiting either way 😆 Good luck on your road trip! And if you're of age I highly recommend stopping at Ever Grain in Camp Hill for a post DMV beverage. The food is good as well

You can also mail the form in and get the placard mailed back to you. It doesn't require in person application. I know that waiting on the mail is a pain but unless you absolutely need it immediately it is very much an option

Bucks County PA is full of people who live here but work in NYC. Live in the lower end around Falls/Morrisville go across the river and catch the train in Trenton to the city.

Not as much as you might think. I don't remember the exact last time we stopped stopping there, but that location was open in the 90s, maybe even the early 2000s.

But again, the PA Turnpike toll is not a flat fee. It's per distance and always has been. That $3 you paid was not your fee for traveling the PA Turnpike. Was that booth at Ohio the only one that you were charged at?
Kneedeep_in_Cyanide t1_ixrgjqg wrote
When when the turnpike was accepting cash you didn't pay getting on. You picked up a ticket at the dispenser that marked your entrance and you paid your fee when you got off. The fee is based on how far you traveled.
You say you're from out of state. Did you come over into PA from the NJ Toll Bridge? That $3 you paid cash was most likely a bridge toll not the Turnpike
