Yep, I noticed this with The Good Place a few years ago. Entire episodes were completely wrong even though it’s just transcribing English from English. There’s an option to report them though!
I typically watch dubbed anime, but when I watch subbed I don’t take the risk of watching it on Netflix.

I haven’t gotten around looking into this show but hear it being spoken about a lot. I remember hearing about its censorship of certain topics. Are you saying that it’s a children’s show that’s appreciated by adults?

Good question. The one that comes to mind is Bob’s Burgers. It was pitched with a very dark premise but then gradually became less PG as Loren Bouchard realized it would be alright if he just wrote about a family and just slice of life stuff. If you watch the first episode and then one from today, you’ll see how the show now caters to what I believe is a demographic that watches the show for comfort rather than humor and edge.
The fans really love the characters, as though they’re their own family from what I can tell. I recently listened to a podcast where Andy Richter mentioned to H. Jon Benjamin that he cares about what Bob’s family is up to as though they’re real or something which I thought was hilarious.

Based on your favorite shows and your preferences I would say yes. My only caveat would be if someone might be triggered by raw elements like the depiction of mental illness, violence, trauma or if they’re looking for something that has lighthearted elements to reconsider it.
Edit for clarification: this was the case for me, love the show but when I binged it I found myself to be more anxious because I got an insight on the things I mentioned above even though I can typically handle darker elements.

If you’re into animation, Archer is exactly that. It’s heavy on continuity and callbacks but the creators make a point to try out new concepts and there’s themed seasons.

Nope, I haven’t checked that show out. I think 40 minute episodes are great when there’s a variety of things happening on screen. But when all it is is this a focus on one guy whose demeanor hasn’t changed since season 1, it gets boring pretty fast.
But, I will say maybe that’s great for some people who want episodes that have a strong presence and silence instead of lots of action and dialogue.
