All (if not a rather large percentage) of those Restaurants are Japanese, not Korean or Chinese you can look them up. I would like to point out that in the previous response to another Redditor you mentioned Kona Grill as Japanese when Kona Grill is a classic American Grill with steak and seafood, so what you might consider "Japanese" is questionable ๐Ÿ™ƒ.

I agree with your last statement, there's a large hub of Asian culture there. I think that's awesome.

I'm not quite sure what part of Edison you have seen, but there's like 25 Japanese restaurants in Edison alone...There's almost 1 Sushi place per block in Edison. Edison is the Otaku capital of New Jersey.

If this isn't Japan, then what is it???
