Lol right? We’re living in a 1000 sq ft apartment in Arlington and it’s just becoming too small for us. 2500 sq ft would be a dream. So would buying in Arlington but with all the properties sitting solidly over 700k that’s impossible for us 🤷♀️

Adding on to the Lexington and Concord Re-enactments- there is also a reenactment of Paul Revere’s ride! It’s fun to watch- we live on the route so they ride right by our porch. I would also recommend seeing the reading of the Declaration of Independence from the old state house in Boston on July 4th morning.

Same thing happened to my husband. Coworker spread Covid at the office Christmas party, he started having symptoms the Sunday before Christmas, but didn’t test positive until Tuesday. It’s now day 12 and even though his symptoms have been gone since day 6 he’s still showing a positive 🤷♀️

Seconding deafness! My last cat went deaf around 15 and she didn’t realize how loud she was meowing. She was healthy enough otherwise, just went from normal meowing to loud AF.

Same. My husband got covid at work. Tested positive Tuesday, so now we're missing Christmas with our families. I'm just hoping I don't catch it from him so we don't miss New Year's too. Sucks, man. We avoided it for almost three years and now he gets it from a brand new job right before a holiday.

**she was an experienced summer climber, but not a winter climber. Without winter hiking experience, or someone to guide you that has it (and the gear you need) you are courting disaster!

A few months ago there was an article where a bunch of retirees were complaining that they had nowhere to “downsize” to because all the small houses were bought by developers and demolished, and they refuse to live in apartments, so they’re refusing to sell their family-sized houses. They’re complaining about a problem THEY created, and the rest of us suffer because retirees don’t want to live in anything but unattached homes.

According to another commenter it was 2012- so 11 years ago. I think post Covid we could reasonably see a lot of folks changing their minds on this one.
