So I listened again. I didn’t think she was drunk the first time. On the second listen, right at the beginning, she’s definitely drunk. Doesn’t make her any less of a piece of trash, but a drunk one.

I went and watched the video and was amazed at this woman. She flips from screaming racist crap to pulling her phone out and crying victim. I just wish they had kept recording so we could see what line of bull she lays on the cop that comes in.

From one pedant to another: saying “your point is nonetheless diminished” implies that their point is diminished. Nonetheless means “however” or “despite anything to the contrary”. You could have said “Nonetheless, your point is undiminished.”

That’s awful. Happened to me on 476 about ten years ago. I was in an e-150 work van and he was in a mini cooper and wearing a blue shirt. Nothing like seeing headlights coming at you at 2am.
