It's based on transistor density. Something that is twice as dense is sqrt(2) times smaller feature size. So doubling transistor density down from 10 is 10 -> 7 -> 5 -> 3 -> 2 -> measuring it in angstroms or picometers.

To be clear, since the other commenter kinda didn't say this, if you want docs the right choice at the current time is solovair. It's just that if you go beyond the trendy docs look you can get far better quality boots from other companies for around the same price, and boots that initially cost double or triple what docs cost may end up being cheaper in the bifl sense because they will last for many resoles.

This right here is why I don't know of any start ups making large tokamaks, and are instead doing something like liquid cooling with liquid zinc or direct capture with magnets.
