Ugh, I empathize with your struggle! The whole system screwed up...They have some online platforms now that do psychiatry/prescriptions. I myself am skeptical but have a friend who found a provider he sees virtually via talkiatry and it's covered in-network I believe.

Ugh I know the whole system is just awful and so challenging to navigate. I do have out-of-network benefits with 20% coinsurance which is better than most behavioral health plan benefits but still $$ depending on the provider's hourly rate. I'm thinking of trying one of those 100% virtual talk therapy services but then you just never know what you're gonna get...Thanks for sharing!

Following . Same boat. I'm looking for providers in the Stamford Health/Stamford Medical Group system so I can link up my records. But the portal sucks, no one seems to be able to tell me how I can send over my medical file from NYU Langone , and when you call either you're on hold forever or you have to request a call back which never comes. At this rate I'm better off traveling back into the city for my specialists.

I'm in an Atlantic Station apt and I'm pretty content except that you can't seem to escape the construction noise anywhere downtown. Easy access to Metro North and 95 which will take you to NYC and New Haven.
