Because no one actually thinks it through. They don’t know NYS. Most people east of 495 know east of 495 and that’s it. They travel North to NH, ME for both summer and skiing. Maybe also VT for skiing. Then there’s also the Cape in the summer. If they do go to NYS it’s typically not often and it’s downstate. You don’t hit Tolls on I-95 until you hit the Bridges. If you take I-84 it’s the same, you hit a toll at the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. If you drive on the parkways in NYS, which aren’t toll roads, they aren’t nearly as good.

NY state has a toll system for most of its highways. MA DOES NOT. This is HOW THEY KEEP UP THEIR ROADS and MA does not. It's not rocket science.

Both I-90 and I-87 in NYS are Toll Roads. Except I-87 North of Albany. Tolls in NYS are not cheap, the ONLY Tolls you pay in MA are on I-90 or the Ted Williams, Sumner or Callahan Tunnels.

The police are not going to investigate your $250 or less airpods. You have find my iPhone for that. It's your personal responsibility to take care of your own stuff. It's definitely not some part of a bigger thing. No one is stealing airpods with your dirty earwax and re-selling them. If they're newer airpods then they have the ability to be seen where their battery went dead. If they are older than the newest ones, you are talking $50-100 resale value.

Right but there are options for 2bd for 3k not 5k. It's all a matter of what you want and where you are looking. That is my point. Someone from Arkansas sees 5k for a rental and they automatically would be frightened. Even at 3k they would be. There's no prices like that down there. You're perfectly fine with it as you just came from downtown and you're getting more space for probably the same as you were paying in the city, or at least close to it.

I also live in Newton, it greatly depends on the neighborhood you choose to live in as how expensive it's going to cost you. No matter which neighborhood you live in though, it's super safe and you will have the greatest public education in the country for your children. If you want direct access to the Longwood area via the MBTA you'll want to look in the Newton Centre area. You can be in Longwood within 15 minutes. Which is faster then driving unless you drive at night. Good luck in your search and feel free to DM me if you have any questions!
