I miss the one at Stony Point. That one used to be the absolute best. A creeper worked there and he would give me giant portions and then ask to sit with me on his break. I’d allow it for those bowls.

I think the building is up for sale. It’s definitely done for.

It’s very welcoming for drag nights. It is members only for most other nights, so I can’t speak to that crowd, but I have always felt welcomed.

Masala Craft is the best Indian I’ve ever had in my life.

No one has ever accused Stony Point of being packed with people and stores.

We did ask the staff constantly for more tongs, for instruction and how it all worked and we just got a shrug from the crew there. Don’t be an ass and assume I didn’t do any of those things while there. I’ve spent a lifetime in hospitality and I’m not leaving a bad review for shits and gigs.

Hot Pot 757 had possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had in Richmond. We were given no instruction. No extra tongs to handle cooked meats. Our grill barely came to a sizzle. We had chicken on it for 30+ minutes that remained inedible. The meat was truly foul. We gave up after 40+ minutes of trying. Avoid at all costs.

Not really. Food and Bev is what it is. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Monday or a Saturday. The room rental fee was only $1000 of that since my client were members.

I’m a wedding planner and can say that’s totally off base. I just pulled up an 89 person wedding I did there with very basic food and beverage and their food and beverage spend plus rental plus service and tax was $21k.

I’ve never had a bad drink there. Always amazing.
