If I recall it’s a misdemeanor and if she has no prior record I can’t imagine she’ll go to jail either. However, that’s not the important thing. The important thing is that, all things considered, it’s very much an open and shut case. I mean they got her on 4K here. She very likely, unless there is some kind of intervention resulting in the charges being dropped of course, to be found guilty.

Whenever she looks for a job that record will stay with her for at least a decade. The very public nature of this event, what she said, and the criminal record will insure no company will even remotely want to have anything to do with her.

This is why it’s important to be responsible for your words and deeds. Not just the neighborly thing to do. It can have terrible consequences as this lady will now find out.
