I doubt that is a rental, when looking at the video you can clearly see that it's a busted up Subaru. White bumper in the back and a black primed bumper on the front.

It wasn't nothing expensive I just want to pop his tires.

I see a lot of those too, unfortunately I line in a corner lot and it's open on both sides.

Wow that's really sad to hear.. We went trick or treat around the park on Monday night with my 2 year old daughter.

We used to do laps around the park and go to the playground beginning of the summer, but there's always people sleeping the grass and drinking beer.

As much as I love my city, we changed to the Johnston memorial park.
