I can't see the matching rows but it reminded me of when I had a huge jump. I bought my house in lakeside I got a real estate tax discount for I think it was 2 years and once that expired it was a lot more. Not sure if that applies to you but does that sound vaguely like anything they mentioned when you purchased.

New firehouse by staples n Parham is open. Kids can get in the firetrucks. Big hit.

It is regular. I don't know the schedule but often I see them around that area.

I ended up buying a new one last night since I needed to pick up oysters today. You might want to add it to next week's thread.

Looking to buy a newer cooler. Thinking of something I can put oysters and ice in for Thanksgiving.

Roy's or Carytown burger. The people at Roys seem stressed and Carytown burger seems to go through people especially the cooks a lot. Lakeside wise up all night bakery seem to have the most relaxed staff but maybe they are just tired. There is a new quesadilla place by the farmers market coming. They will be looking to hire shortly.

I like the bagel sandwichs at Stir crazy in Northside. The bagel isn't as good as chewys but they do a good job with the variety of bagel sandwichs they have and much better coffee if that is something you like to pair with it. Plus the people there are great.

Smaller market that was there before rva big market moved to Bryan park. Lakeside market easier to get in and out of. I like the produce overall better at lakeside especially the one in the middle that the name is escaping me. Javier on the far end is super friendly and the small acre at the entrance has good peppers. There used to be a coffee shop in the shopping center but no longer. Rva big market has coffee. Both open Saturday morning.

I really like the biscuits from early bird biscuit. They are my favorite in Richmond. I love their raspberry and rotating jellies so I only gotten a biscuit sandwich like once or twice there.
