I'd recommend mixing wording a bit, maybe some older accounts?

That was precisely the point.
Amazon started as a sales service and then moved to become platform. Once it was platform, everyone assumed that sales business was too small for them.
And then they started to cannibalize businesses using their platform.

From this perspective you could say there are products that wouldn't make sense for Amazon to bother with. How's that working out.

As much as I would like to agree, all (even sensitive and important, like health) use cases have to be compared against realistic alternative. Currently this alternative is google/webMD and previously it was asking friends/guessing. Not doctors.
Adding disclaimer not to treat this as a medical advice for legal reasons however would of course be good call for OP personally.

I do the same thing I'd do with a human: ask it to repeat and rephrase instructions. After that I'm sure and it has multiple forms of instruction available to get less hanged up on some exact wording.
