Are you saying ticketmaster saves lives?

Might not be as popular due to the price. I can't say I miss the hundred bucks given how excellent the knife continues to be.

Surprised I didn't see Shun in here. Still one of my favorite kitchen purchases of the last 10 years. Also given it as a gift to several people who seem to appreciate it after many years. Have had mine professionally sharpened maybe 3 times. Kept it out of the dishwasher. It's fantastic. I bought it because my knife sharpening guy recommended it, and he looks at a ton of knives.

The fact that the backup if it doesn't work is to convert to text kinda proves the point.

I would say there are no situations where a program can't read plain text, but there are some, albeit few, situations where PDF can't be read. I have definitely opened PDFs that didn't work, or been on a device that didn't have an installed PDF reader (although that latter part was years ago). It's rare, but it happens. Just saying, plain text has always worked because it's basically universal.
