It’s not supposed to be an achievement, that was the whole point. It doesn’t take long and any “adult” can find time to clean up something in their home or not mess it up in the first place.

As a a person with a real life who does a lot of adulting stuff, I can clean my keyboard occasionally or just choose not to eat things that are going to make it filthy.

And I don’t think someone sharing anecdotes that match the context is suddenly nullified by someone else’s anecdote.
I have no idea if 1/10 is true, I’d bet it’s a lot higher than that depending on location and social status. I don’t think it’s remotely far to believe less affluent areas and limited access to health care would see numbers greater than 1/10.

Where did you get any implication of everyone? The thread is about 1 in 10 people, if he was the 1, would it not make sense another 9 said otherwise?
They said “sorry bud”, as if their experiences don’t matter because they don’t align with their own. It was a redundant comment.
The person didn’t even remotely suggest everyone

Their experiences aren’t nullified because you don’t share them. It being their circle doesn’t strictly mean they hang around with likeminded individuals or those who suffer the same ailments, societal standing and location are pretty important factors.

If you like ultra snappy brakes then there’s no issue?
As I said, brake pressure is entirely within your control.

Brakes are supposed to feel comfortable, not uncontrollably snappy as you seem to imply. I used to do DH MTB, a front brake in the correct zone is vital.
If they are too snappy, you bleed/allow more cable to ease the action phase of the lever. No one needs ultra snappy breaks unless they’re doing trials.

Bleed or allow more cable through to lengthen the travel

Bleed them? That’s entirely up to you.

You can use front brake without going over the handle bars by moving behind the seat, damn near impossible unless you’re trying to and crank your brake pressure right up

Well considering this area belongs to the US/Hawaii and contains many land masses, it’s a slightly different story to an area 120 times larger belonging to dozens of nations with varying attitudes to this sort of thing.
Bit more difficult to police.
