This is the best fast food available:

Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich

A juicy chicken breast fillet marinated in Popeyes seasonings, hand battered and breaded in our buttermilk system, fried until golden brown. Sandwiched between two buttery toasted brioche buns, topped with our barrel cured pickle slices and spicy mayo.

Baseboard hot water heat requires 180F water temps. Heat pumps can only deliver 140F water temp requiring the existing baseboards be torn out and replaced with baseboard designed for lower temperatures. That’s a big deal.

For a variance to be approved these five conditions must be met

(A) The variance will not be contrary to the public interest; (B) The spirit of the ordinance is observed; (C) Substantial justice is done; (D) The values of surrounding properties are not diminished; and (E) Literal enforcement of the provisions of the ordinance would result in an unnecessary hardship.

If you are opposing the variance you should refer to one (or more) of the conditions as not being met. See NH ZBA handbook for a discussion of these.

If it happens I’d call 911 and report it. Fire department could remove branches and put up a blue tarp, depending on your town. Repair at your leisure. If wires are involved, call the power company, and they can start work on restarting power.
