Every day. Even when it's not hunting season as long as it's not really cold I'll often hear gunshots from one of the two ranges that are a couple of miles away.
It's very relaxing.

If it's just for fun, you'll do fine. If you want to break even and really want the northeast then, VT is slightly better for farming.

But if you move here, there will be an income tax.

I think rents are cheaper in Tyngsboro and Westford. Much easier access to Boston too.

Not necessarily. Power plants don't spin up and down instantly. Less demand, if it is short, can simply mean more wasted output with the solar generators selling back to the grid resulting in your rates being higher.

I've lived in Nashua for a long time. There are other areas that are "nicer" but to be clear, there are no neighborhoods where I won't walk/bike/run through. It is nice to be close to stores and restaurants. I'd love to live in the middle of nowhere...but also really close to everything.
Biggest downside is you really won't find a property where you can setup a shooting range in the backyard. If you want that sort of thing, you'll need to move to a surrounding town.

Is taxation theft? If yes, then Merrimack or Bedford. If no, Burlington, VT.

Too bad he does not live in Nashua. They could use another state rep in Ward 4.

Probaby fungus gnats in the soil. Really hard to control.
You can try watering less, adding about 3/4 of an inch of sand on top of soil and putting up some yellow sticky traps.
All of the soil from the big box stores comes with this little treat these days.

Get a NH/603 cell phone number. List that on the resume. Remove address. It should not matter.. but it does.. I'd also say consider a job change. Fidelity in Merrimack would probably hire you and train you. Technical background and ability to talk to people on phone will align well with their needs.

Cost of living is very high here with almost no apartments available. If you really want NH for a specific reason and can afford it, then its worth it. Otherwise, I would recommend someplace else. Perhaps Springfield, MA? Cost of living is a lot less. There is great nightlife in Springfield and just outside of the main downtown is lots of woods and there are plenty of places for big hikes and there are lots of places for small hikes within the city.
There is also Baystate Medical Center.

Manchester and nashua are fine. The. Crime is high as compared to NH in general but still safer than many other places.
There is no place in Nashua that I avoid running / biking through.
I would recommend carrying a firearm but, I recommend that everywhere.
