Even though others may be aware of the situation, that does not mean it has been reported. Neither the family nor the physician have the resources APS has to ensure the man’s immediate safety.
If they have already made a report, then a second one must be called in immediately to include the current state of the sewer line and the man’s dementia interfering with his ability to make safe decisions.

Please call APS to get the old man safe.

$500/mo studio and $800/mo 1 bedroom All of Bradford County, PA. So towns like Wyalusing, Towanda, Wysox, Rome, Troy, Ulster, Milan, Athens, and Sayre. Towanda is popular because it’s the county seat. But I’d say you will have more options in Sayre and Athens because landlords are often looking to rent to doctors completing their residency at Robert Packer/Guthrie. Also close to Binghamton and Elmira.

MAT is great, very effective (Methadone and Suboxone aren’t the only ones even, so people should be able to find a med that works for them). The thing is people forget about the T in MAT.

This is THE answer. There’s also a section of the park with rides for little ones.
IIRC, you can also buy a wristband to cover unlimited riding.

Just to piggy back off this response, as I graduated from Widener University’s MSW program and part or our grad school education was going into the city to provide social services. The corruption you mentioned definitely plays a big part, and goes back almost 100 years.
Did you know Penn’s Landing is not in Philadelphia, but in Chester? Yes there is “a” Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia but in name only. The actual Penn’s Landing from which Philly takes its name, the actual location with an official PA history marker, where Penn first stepped ashore, was Chester.
And that is just one example of how Chester’s proud heritage and history was systematically erased.
The final blow from which the city could not overcome was the financial hit it took after WW2. The city was highly prosperous and successful during wartime. Many manufactures and industries left Chester at the end of the war (if they didn’t completely go out of business). Those who could afford it moved out to the suburbs. Employment continued to decline and businesses continued to leave. By the time I was in grad school there, there weren’t even any grocery stores left in the city.
Despite the continuous effort of public nurses and social services over the past 50 years, as well as Widener University actively buying property and restoring public schools, housing, and businesses—the lack of the city’s improvement makes it appear nobody is doing anything to help at all.
It certainly brings a spotlight to the ongoing criminal issues and corruption. I sometimes wonder if Widener’s aggressive investment in the city wasn’t present, how much worse it would have declined?

Ah, Meshoppen. Got my first and only speeding ticket there. When the police officer came up to my window, he said he “knew” I saw him at the beginning of the 35 mph and didn’t slow down (I didn’t see him). He told me where he had been sitting, allegedly, as idk he could have been lying. And he was willing to die on that hill, that I clearly looked at him and locked eyes and didn’t slow down. I had no idea what he was talking about and it just made him angrier the more I was honest with him.

Reply to Pennsylvania GOP Senator Pushes State Police To Reconsider Gun Restrictions For Cannabis Consumers by OregonTripleBeam
Interesting article. It sounds so complicated, how other states are adding in state-level legislature to essentially override the federal mandate that marijuana use prevents purchasing of firearms.
On the other hand, this move makes me wonder how much is it just a show for politics. I have not heard any stories of Pennsylvanians being arrested for purchasing firearms while holding a medical marijuana card. It would seem to me that police probably feel like that alone is not worth their resources or time.
