Your pretense about jailbreaking it is ... nonsensical. It's code. It does not change it's code. It may (if any) retrain itself with new data.
It's software - don't forget that. It does not linger around and reflect "itself". It's started, loaded into memory and unloaded if not in use.

There's no evidence low sound (infrasound) is linked to issues (beside no-cebo effects) any more than other sounds. Every car emits infrasound btw.

As always: perfect is the enemy of good.
Wind is cheap compared with fossile and fusion. It's the smaller evil (if any) in any case.

jpeg-xl is neither broadly used not is it any advantage above the newer formats that are developed.
