most of the negative comments are because people from the suburbs find it very easy to go to Wells Fargo Center and park. That’s what they’re used to. That’s what they are comfortable with.

not only that the people that hate things are the vocal ones. Plenty of people are perfectly fine with the idea of an arena in Chinatown.

well, used to be club Egypt. And back in the day the entire sales office for a company I worked for was fire for downloading too much pornography. They were in that building. So it’s pretty historical.

well that’s how you sell it but they are not looking to North Philadelphia or the waterfront or anywhere like that. They want their own arena and they want it right in Center City.

Yeah, that’s the thing about Kelly Drive. You don’t see a lot of minor accidents. They tend to be quite severe.

They really need to address the dangerous pedestrian/illegal parking/Uber situation they have in front of that. They put the barricade up and that made the problem worse not better. Of course if we had a police force that gave a fuck, it would be easily solved.
