Reply to Canton new businesses by gilman3
I know there is going to be a Birdcode (hot chicken) restaurant in Canton as the owner just posted a construction video today. Not sure where though.

It’s probably years away. Whatever other states do, add 3-5 years and CT will be there eventually although somehow more expensive.

Stay True in Newington is amazing. My wife and sister both had piercings done there by Jeane and she was professional, knowledgeable, and clean. They have a nice selection of upscale jewelry too.

Stop and Shop sells Ruffles All Dressed, Price Chopper has their own brand of all dressed, and I think Shop Rite/Chopper have Wise All Dressed too. I went through a heavy all dressed phase a while back.

That’s irrelevant; I am stating facts with sources. Straw man arguments (Rodney King) and an ad hominem attack on me do not defend your arguments.

Even though it’s from 20 years ago, this decision was never overturned. It is still the law according to the courts.
> The somewhat sensationalized idea that police academies and departments don’t allow people with high IQs into the force occasionally pops up in debates around police reform. And though the belief is not entirely accurate, it’s not wrong either. There is no official or universal bar or cutoff for IQ squares across the nation, but in at least some states, it is legal for police departments to reject applicants who score "too high" on intelligence tests.

> The 1967 President’s Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice recommended that all police officers nationwide have a bachelor’s degree by 1982. That recommendation, however, has not been met.

This isn’t a pizza contest; it is a popularity contest. The prerequisite of actually eating the pizza at any of these places doesn’t exist. There’s also nothing from stopping multiple votes or incentives given by businesses for votes. It exists solely to get you to watch WFSB, simple.
