Does your neighbors lot have easements or other restrictions? That would make sense if he can't use half the property for it to be valued less. That or the town is figuring that there is a fixed cost to service each parcel and divides it over the amount of land each parcel has. As long as its zoned as single residential use they know its going to be relatively fixed cost

dredging up that memory I decided to check the Danversport reviews cause I thought maybe this was an isolated incident. A few other reviewers probably had the same person we were stuck with because one had similar complaints just last year and others complained about booking the venue and then being treated only as dollar signs.

I think they are trying hard. Last year when I was looking at wedding venues the one in Danvers heavily implied we wouldn't be able to afford the place despite the pseudo-budget we asked them to make for our 200 guest wedding putting us well above their above per guest price. We ended up going to Holyoke because the Danvers venue was ultimately too small for the ceremony but also the disrespect we got for our "Hudson people."

2018 driving home in the fog we had a massive truck tailgating us, felt incredibly unsafe plus their lights were blinding us so was perhaps the worst driving conditions I have ever been in. If we didn't have a left hand turn coming up in a few miles (thanks CT) we wouldn't have been in the middle lane. I swear the only solution is get LED lights for my car because it's getting more and more dangerous not to have the Angel Eyes
