RT-PCR is quantitative. It'll be pretty obvious if someone was sick on the current flight.

Only incoming VPN connections are subject to this. Indian citizens who want privacy can still connect to servers in other countries.

Actually this is the correct usage of 'percentage'.
You're supposed to say 'percentage' when you're using it without a numerical value. It's hard to explain, I'll give an example:
>Question: What is the percentage of alcohol in Jack Daniel's?
>Answer: 40 percent
