People with no kids can qualify? That’s just stupid. They should rename it.

My husband makes just over $32/hour and it works for us. We bought near ocean shores since it’s cheaper than up north. Any less would be a struggle.

Reply to Do temporary Washington identification and/or drivers licenses have a photo on them? by sagistentialist
They don’t have one, your friend needs to take the paper temporary with their expired ID and the combo works.
ETA: Remembered that you stated they lost their ID, if they have an old ID, they can use it with the temporary paper. Any expired state issued ID should work.

The NOAH building isn’t comparable to a 12 bedroom house and isn’t even close to worth 100 million. It might be worth 2 or 3 million.

Reply to Is $25/hr job full time enough to live in Lynnwood Washington? by BlueJerrico
A studio in Lynnwood starts around $1600/month.
$25/hr is approximately $4300/month gross.
Renting a room would be cheaper and give you more to work with each month for other expenses.
