Take off on the Barberini Faun. The original is not actually a dude but a drunken faun follower of Bacchus so it has a sort of a tail on the back. The sprawling quality of the pose may be a restorers exaggeration. Someone threw it in a moat.

Talbots has a petite department and I often bounce back and forth between regular and petite to find the right fit.. There is usually a blazer and nice slacks on sale. Stay away from the "cutsie" stuff, stick with solids, and you should be fine. At least, worth a look.
