I like Talbots. Get a nice blazer and blue or black pants. I always shop the sales.

Talbots has a petite department and I often bounce back and forth between regular and petite to find the right fit.. There is usually a blazer and nice slacks on sale. Stay away from the "cutsie" stuff, stick with solids, and you should be fine. At least, worth a look.
