It’s the same pay scale for semi-skilled.

“Entry level trades opportunities ”
$19.48-23.27 … good luck with that
These are entry level jobs but require training. The pay scale still the same for semi-skilled welders and machinists. Maybe 1st year no exp this is fair pay but a trained machinist or welder should be making more than this.
Their “skilled” machinists and welders pay scale is 25-35, which again is on the low side.

George’s in Unionville is Greek. I wouldn’t go to a Greek pizza place for NY (real) pizza but there’s plenty of room for variety in the pizza game esp in CT

No that’s the slow lane. On any highway with more than 2 lanes the middle ones are all travel lanes, where you should be if you’re not passing or taking an exit.

They obviously wanted to pass you, just move over and let them deal with cars in front. The idea that “everyone’s driving that speed so it’s fine” is why we have left lane campers moving slower than the passing lanes. If you’re not actively passing you should be in the middle lane.

Demographics are also a factor, we built up colleges for the millennials, but gen z who are currently in college are the smallest adult US generation.

Supply demand curve only works for like goods. A $1200 apartment vs a $2200 luxury unit isn’t the same product and if there isn’t demand for the high end it won’t easily affect pricing on the low end. There’s also the issue of tax credits, these apartments get millions of dollars of credits, paid for by property owners (and their tenants), so it isn’t a clear win, it totally depends on the specifics of the town and the development.
