Go to the drop down menu under 'Vote By Mail'. If you are part of the "Permanent Vote By Mail Roster", then they should be heading to you shortly. If not, then you will need to request a ballot from the Office of Elections...which the Office of Elections states on their site that "The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot for the March 28th 2023 Special Election is March 17th 2023."
