UPDATE: he recovered, drank a lot of water, and ate a lot of suet and peanut butter. He had a lot more energy this morning and was released, he flew off fine.

Found him on a coffee break at work, he dosnt look too badly hurt,
but he is still young and probably just needs a few days with food and water before being released. (He still begs for food like a fledgling)
