It's a really cool shot! Like something from National Geographic. You should enter it in a photo contest.

Suggests the shooter's family might have some kind of ties with the Lewis County Sheriff's Dept.

Really cool photo. That cave feels so ancient it's primordial.
Have archaeologists worked out a date for it?

Cool moody pic.
The snowy ridge in this image is 5,000+ meters high, which is more than 16,400 feet high... That's about 2,000 feet taller than Mount Rainier in Washington state!

Thanks! It happened in about 1981, I was in to Oldies and Punk Rock, and me and my Mom were Twisting like mad all over the hardwood floor because it was the perfect slipperiness! :)

My Mom told me she wrecked her knees dancing The Twist in the 1960s. But she showed me how to do it anyway.

Me too. I also put on a pair of warm socks. Nothing says "Summer's over" like needing to wear warm socks.

I hope you called 911 and gave their license plate and location. Unsecured loads kill people.
Used wood pallets are weak and prone to crushing, which could be enough to make this whole load collapse. If it falls, the pallets will go in multiple directions right through other people's windshields. Swerving vehicles will hit each other.

If you just want a little wood check with the park or campground - many sell it for cheap, although some might have stopped now that it's so late in the season.
Also take a look on your local FB marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist. Bulletin boards at feed stores are good too.
