You want to rent a room to each person? How many people? You could try Zillow. Have you also thought about drafting up the lease for each tenant? Their security deposit?

Housing vouchers are a protected class under Maryland Fair Housing. This means a landlord, whether a private landlord or an apartment cannot deny you based on a housing voucher.

Is this what you’re asking? About the housing voucher?

Hello. I’m a local real estate agent and could possible help with your search. Are you only seeking a den or is a two bedroom ok? A den would be a room that has no closet and/or window and may not have a door. What is your budget?

Inventory will pick up in the spring and summer but may still be quite low. There should be more homes on the market coming up soon. This month, there’s hardly anything in the entire town or county. As a local realtor, it’s been tough!

Hi , definitely use Google maps to your advantage to change the times when you look up your commute. There’s several areas in between such as Hanover, Elkridge, Laurel, Columbia, etc.

If you’re interested in looking at condos and townhomes for rent,(not apartments) let me know and I can assist. I’m happy to help.
