Uh, you must never leave the city. Inside 495 has tons of farm land and winding wooded dark unlit roads. Hopkinton, Upton, Millis, Mendon, Sudbury, Holliston, Ashland, Wayland, (South) Natick, to name a few. You sound like you have no idea what you're talking about.

No one can guarantee what utilities cost. How much electricity do you use? Do you tend to leave lights on? How long of a shower and how hot do take? How often will you cook on the gas stove? How hot do you keep it in the winter? How well insulated is the unit? There are so many variables that change person to person when it comes to utilities.

No, you're trying to argue. There are parks and green spaces throughout Boston. It's not possible for everyone to have walking access to vast green spaces, not if you want to live in a city. East Boston has public transit just as the rest of Boston does, the green spaces Boston provides are accessible to Eastie residents.
