Fair enough,
In our case I did see it actually happened to a car. Saw them leave out of the liquor store parking lot and the cop follow them and we crossed the border in site. We saw the cops and saw the lights go on and he pulled the guy over.

While West chester is technically a college town if you do it in the summer it really really doesn't feel like it. And the pub and restaurant seem there is fantastic! And it doesn't take too long to walk to a wide variety of beautiful b&bs or you could do a hotel downtown. It's quite lovely.

The article doesn't say if the bill made it past the governor's veto: "But even this minor victory could be short-lived. The bill still needs Senate approval and might have to survive Gov. Tom Wolf's veto pen. Neither is assured."
Anyone know if it passes? It was a conservative bill and wolf was a democrat so he may have vetoed.

We used to live just across the Delaware boarder west of Philadelphia. We would go over into Delaware for shopping and food etc and there was always this PA cop car that would sit right outside the boarder liquor store in Delaware. If your car had pa plates and he saw you leave the liquor store parking lot he would follow you into PA and pull you over.
Never happened to us but I saw it happen to another driver. I was told you just get a fine.
Also was told if you pitched your receipt before you left they couldn't prove you bought the stuff in Delaware, so if you did that you were fine.
Now this was like 14 years ago so maybe it has changed since then like you said

Counter offer, Meyer's dairy is much closer to the boalsburg military museum and is (in many local's opinions) even better than the creamery.

And off-season if they're open consider staying at the Congress Hall or one of their exterior suites. Really nice place and cheap in winter. If you like cocktails definitely check out their bar.

4th vote for cape may! There is a phenomenal international cheese shop that is super worth your time. Walking on the Frozen beach in winter is beautiful there. There are lots of antique shops to go through if that's your thing, and if you get the chance to go to sunset Beach and the late afternoon it's lovely they always have a sunset flag lowering service.
I believe they're closed for the season and open in May but if your trip gets delayed the best restaurant in town is actually a little hole in the wall called Tisha's. https://tishasfinedining.com/mobile/index.php. They've only got a few tables so you have to get reservations but it's some of the best seafood I've ever had.

Tough to say. Sounds like she was either being nosy or maybe wanted to make sure something off wasn't being done. Poll watchers on both sides are encouraged. And I am unsure what they are and aren't allowed to observe. Either way, it doesn't really sound reportable to me.

I think it depends on a few things. If she was clearly trying to get close enough to read your ballot then yeah, borderline.
But if she stayed further than that away, say a few feet, I think poll workers are allowed to check on stuff like that maybe?
