I really hate the new release movie poster things. They're larger than the usual show thumbnails and when you highlight it, it expands and takes up 1/4 of the screen. It pushes the other thumbnails out of sight. So you gotta move over, then that expands.

It's really annoying. It's as annoying as Netflix's autoplay. I just want to read the full description of a show. Every time I click I gotta hear the Netflix "Dun Dun!" over and over.

A lot of places raise the price so the discount seems good, when a lot of times you're paying the normal price. Amazon is notorious for this. Let's say something usually costs 100 whatever. They'll raise the price to 120 and discount it by 20 so you end up paying 100 anyway. But to people who don't know better it seems like a decent deal.

Websites like CamelCamelCamel give Amazon price histories so you can see if they've raised prices for "sales."

Edit: An extra tip, for places you can't get a price history it's a good idea to make note of prices of things you're interested in leading up to Black Friday. Start a month or two beforehand. This way you can see if the price has been raised compared to what you saw previously.

Edit 2: A lot of companies ≠ every company. So yes, there still are deals to be found out there. It still doesn't hurt to prepare yourself beforehand so you don't get taken.

>I think it’s also arguable that there is no situation where it’s stupid to fight for your rights

You can't be serious. I never said it's stupid TO fight for rights, I said it's stupid people HAVE to. Is reading so hard?

And this still has nothing to do with the idea I'm unaware of MAGA. You keep arguing your point even when I said you aren't wrong. It makes no sense. Everything you said is fine but you keep trying to use it to answer the "unaware of MAGA" question when it has absolutely nothing to do with it. If you had just said your piece without trying to connect those two things then we wouldn't be having this dumb conversation and everything would be fine.

While this is a wonderful win, it's sad that it's 2022 and people are still having to fight for equal rights, women's rights, voter rights, etc. Really stupid that there are so many people that want to turn back the clock on progression because they don't agree with things that mostly have nothing to do with them.
