Providence had one a few years ago and they started to become less luxury based since they clearly weren't getting enough income, then they closed out right. This was all pre-Covid so that had no impact.

Providence is a really great city. Like any area there are neighborhoods to avoid, etc. anything providence doesn't have you can find in Boston, which is not that far at all. I personally ducking love the area. Crazy good food scene, too. Like, unexpectedly so.

Primer is cheaper than paint. Some times you need more coats than expected for full coverage. I painted a pink room blue no primer no problem. I painted a brown room yellow with no primer and wish I used it because I needed way more yellow than expected.
