Concusion ball.
I played 2 years in high school, was good enough to maybe pursue a scholarship. I was knocked crazy atleast 50 times. Unconscious 3 times. Get up and play harder is the mindset.

Heavy duty shelf supports. 2 of them, one at each end should be enough. I believe they are 150lb rated each, the ones from Menards are. Also use lag bolts instead of screws when connecting to wall for added strength.

I would reccomdend getting some power lifting wrist straps. This would allow you to strap your left palm to a bar and pull it straight up. I would reccomend starting with lighter weights until you get use to it.

I just noticed the other day that there were 3 large freight trains rolling through town yesterday. That equals about 1 hour of people just stuck in our uptown and passenger rail just waiting for them to pass.

I'll take this one step further - the unions where I work only contain lazy people who get great pay and work less hard than every other branch.
Good for them, bad for the organization as a whole.
Unions in theory are great for workers, I've just yet to see a good working example that isn't corrupt.
