Reply to Does it make sense a $290k house sold in last year now listed for $648k? by NecessaryMistake9754
Pre-Pandemic this house flip would have only sold for $500 (maybe $525), if this had hit the market 6-9mo ago they would have easily gotten their current list price or more. Today? They will be lucky to get $600. So, honestly, the pics look like fairly good quality work but itās tough to tell. They definitely arenāt making a ton of money on this flip. Itās not the most egregiously priced home Iāve seen these last two years.

Yeah Iām very been on the phone with my OB, insurance company and the hospital. My Dr is trying to change the order coding but is getting pushback from the hospital. The hospital is stating itās a separate test and the insurance company is saying they have to go by the codes on the bill. Found this today: https://www.cga.ct.gov/2022/fc/pdf/2022SB-00358-R000356-FC.pdf So essentially CT recognized this shady shit and enacted a bill to cover additional testing.

Yes, the mammogram/radiology is part of that building. Just seems like shady business practices to me. Like how insurance companies used to deny people medical coverage because they have āpre-existingā condition.

Reply to I-95 Northbound from Cos Cob to Glenbrook took me 53 mins yesterday evening! by ruthless_apricot
Took me 5 hours once to drive from Pelham, NY to Stamford a decade or so ago. Wind storm, downed trees caused them to close the Merritt on both sides. A ton of downed trees on side roads only compounded the issue. š¢
