It’s near Colfax…

Not a new build or a flip. Existing owners added a second story to a ranch house and added a second garage door….

I seriously hope this is true. But I doubt it. It was unfinished for a while when the rest of the exterior had been painted. Then they finished it a lighter grey than the rest of the house. Then they painted over that with this pink. I originally thought they were going to put some stonework on the bump out and were waiting for materials… but that hasn’t happened.

Omg this pisses me off so much too every time i walk by this house (which is every day). They did so much ground work. And the sidewalk is still a mess.
