If you listen to the full 30 minute discussion (like I did, twice) you will say "wait, what?" quite a bit.

If you google “northern Lebanon sex toy” you’ll find other stories. Some are paywalled. This one is not.

Fun fact. This high school also recently performed Grease.
The board president actually said this at the meeting: “I don’t think there is a play with a worse theme than Grease and we performed it in an excellent way,” Naum said. “Mrs. (Brooke) Bomberger did a fantastic job of modifying it to what we believe is community standards.”

Sorry, but we can't give that information. Gabriela purposely did not identify the woman or her family to protect her and her family.

Reply to Pennsylvania hospital wants to send woman in coma to Dominican Republic, against her family’s wishes by WITFnews
This is from my colleague Gabriella Martinez.
It's a pretty in-depth story but the TLDR version is: An undocumented woman, from the Dominican Republic, suffered an aneurysm that required surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. She experienced some complications so she was induced into a coma.
The hospital tried for two months to find a long-term care facility to accept her but were unable to, so they want to transfer her to the Dominican Republic.
Her family does not want that and wishes she remains here in the United States. Her husband believes the trip to the DR might kill her.
According to a letter from the hospital to the family, it was difficult to find a long-term acute care hospital because such facilities “do not accept medical assistance or patients who are not in the United States on a valid visa.”
There was a protest outside of the hospital, the family has an attorney helping them and it's just a crazy situation.

This is a story from my colleague Rachel McDevitt about a report from DEP.
The report basically states, over a 5 year period, more than half of conventional oil and gas operators failed to report how much gas they pulled from the ground and whether their equipment is safe.
State law requires that conventional drillers report that information annually. Failing to do so could lead to fines, permit suspensions or even criminal charges. But a lack of state resources means many operators have been able to ignore the rules with no consequences.
DEP also found 3,000 newly abandoned wells during the review period. Abandoned wells leak the potent greenhouse gas methane, which contributes to climate change, and threatens peoples' health and safety.
Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association is disputing the report and says DEP is distorting the data. But they did not offer an example or evidence to support that.
It's a long, deep story and you can read the full version at the link above. no paywall or annoying ads.
