You asked about two specific things. She responded back with a bunch of other things that arent what you asked about that she does support, ergo, she doesn't support the things you asked about.

So I guess that's a no?
Kind of sucks, but what do you expect from a moderate. It doesn't really matter much now anyways because there is no way RISEE or a Carbon Tax gets through a Republican House.

Ok, but what is the solution? Towing every illegally parked car is just a bandaid, and it is just going to piss off the people who live there and make spots harder to come by everywhere. The only real solution to the problem is either less cars or more parking. Not just "stop being lazy".

If its a blight on the city that means its happening everywhere, right? Then if everyone couldn't park illegally then it wouldn't be as simple as parking a few blocks away.
There arent enough parking spots for everybody based off the density, which is why there is so much illegal parking. Its not just laziness.

I'm like 10 years removed from BLaw 101, so don't listen to me, but I would think it would be legal so long as you sign a contract with them.
But why would you sign a contract that doesn't benefit you? Like tell them that, "i'm not going to amend our contract to pay me less with no compensation." They at least gotta give you favorable scheduling or some other type of perks if they want you to concede something. But this is only assuming you're okay with changing jobs, because if you push back they might cut you loose.

This is mostly correct, but OSHA ain't doing shit for a single home construction. There are not even close to enough OSHA inspectors to inspect all of the workplaces. If you're concerned you should still call L&I with specific safety concerns.

Fuck the Nazis. Somebody should make Kanye and other idiots like him spend 1 day in the inhumane treatment their favorite fascists inflicted on others, and I bet they would change their tune.

We should have built more and we should build more Nuclear Power. It's the best solution for meeting electricity demands without worsening climate change.
