My cousins went to Fort Lauderdale this year. A group of 40 something’s and 2 teens. They will eat out 2 out of 3 meals. Have 1 or 2 high end cocktails and 3-4 will go back and chill by the pool while 5 stay and continue to drink $12 drinks, share a few appetizers, tip well then Uber home around midnight.

Who do you prefer frequenting your establishment?

I was just talking to a coworker about a Reddit post about Scandinavian/Nordic countries leaving their babies outside in the winter to nap. He’s in Chicago and I’m in Detroit, I said I think our cold is a different cold because I can’t imagine leaving a baby with baby fine skin outside in the winter here, even when bundled up. He said he knew someone who has been to Antarctica and they said it gets colder in Chicago.

Oceans make a huge difference in temperatures.

Thank you! We adults would prefer a more local establishment. I might not even give the kids an option. I don’t think either know anything about Ben and Jerry’s to associate them with Vermont. And I forget they’ve been bought out by a conglomerate.

It’s like that movie medicine man with Sean Connery. Some new doctor comes to the Amazon and he goes off on them about being in quarantine and how the common cold can wipe out the whole community.
