Not unattended, for sure! I’d bring at least 2 adults for a group of six. There are way too many predators and opportunities for trouble. We have several 14yo nieces who could pass for 20 in a heartbeat. If you plan on giving them any amount of free rein I’d consider somewhere less adult oriented.

Yes, but I believe it’s by each state law, and they vary, that you’re allowed on beaches,( and waterways?) to high tide mark. Murphy signed this in 2019 giving public access.

Public Rights under the Public Trust Doctrine
The Pubic Trust Doctrine provides that public rights to tidal waterways and their shores in the state are held by the state in trust for the benefit of all of the people. Further, it establishes the right of the public to fully utilize these lands and waters for a variety of public activities.…

No “Beach” is really private, just the access to it. So you can walk along the water anywhere you like. The rich keep us out by restricting parking and walk- on access. If you go to other states you can easily access beaches, rivers and waterways. In Hawaii you can walk through ANY hotel lobby and access it’s beach.

In NY, there are scenic pullovers all around for you to pull over and take pictures, have a picnic,..walk down to the river,or lakes…. Not here.
It’s only for the rich. Or the 27.5 parking spaces provided by the state at one of the no-access points.
Or you can pay again to enter one of our beautiful state parks which you ALREADY PAY for with your tax dollars…

Most times you are fired, you are penalized two weeks then can apply/resubmit. Those 2 weeks get tacked onto the back of your claim. You just have to explain that it was an altercation outside of work. Or if it was in work that you were assaulted/defending yourself. If it didn’t happen at work you’re good,I would say.

I would think gross misconduct would be child abuse, or a criminal act such as rape .. not simply assault. …..Haha every construction worker in the state would be disqualified at some point if that was the case.

No, I’m in NJ, have a similar 22yo Jeep I bought new. Drove it on muddy job sites everyday to the beach,mountains,4wheeled camping+big dogs. It’s still running- I want a new one but can’t justify the money when my girl still runs like a champ. Yeah a few dents and dings, starting to get some rust. The headliners saggy.. but she starts an runs every Day. Scary to think if a new one will ever be half as dependable.

You bought a house with not one but 2 established beekeepers next door & now you want to bitch about it? I say you are the one who should adjust. Who buys a house and doesn’t look in the backyard? Or to the left and right? It’s not like you couldn’t see 26 beehives in one yard and seven in the other. You are the neighbor from hell, not them. Go back to NY.
