We are also in North Stamford. Switched to frontier over a year ago and haven’t regretted it. It’s been so much more stable than optimum. Not that that’s helpful right now but for future reference

This doesn’t help for right now, but for future reference - there is a farmer’s market in New Canaan that opens 4/23 and one in Katonah (at John Jay Homestead) that also opens in the spring. If you want to go a bit farther, there’s also a decent one in Bethel.

Older than everyone who’s posted but not too old (at least IMO 😄). I knit and would love to find a group!!!

I went through the training a few years ago and found it quite disorganized. So much so that it turned me off from following through. The people are nice but I found the experience to be frustrating. I’m now volunteering with Caring Hospice and it’s been a much better (and more organized!) experience.

Hahah. I just leave a note in my mailbox that I have something on the porch and my mail guy comes to get it. There’s a marginal amount of energy there though, so I get it 😂

You can just order replacements from their website and return them in the same box. I think you have to order two canisters minimum. Seemed easier to me but I’m lazy lol

Jumping in as we’re also looking for a dog trainer but I don’t really think I want to do in-home training. Any recommendations for a trainer who doesn’t do in-home?

We use wagmore and just tell them no group for our dog. It’s worked quite well and they’re one of the only places around that will do injectable medicine for our dog too!
