It's a solid list except for that 1/3 acre thing. That's a pretty big lot in eastern MA, especially inside 128. If you're OK with outside 128 in North Andover, Groton, and other such areas it can be found, but it's going to be an older home. And by older I mean probably late 1800s/early 1900s homes.

Inside 128, with the desire for good school systems, you'll be lucky to find 1/4 acre, most lots of that price range and bedrooms will be 1/10th or less. And age will vary from 1800 to 1950s as far as age. Newer homes will be much higher.

I was at that game! I remember looking up at the scoreboard and it saying "Period 6". Lowell won on a bounce into the net off a skate. I stuck around for the first period of the BC/NU game and headed home. I was pretty hungover that next day, but rallied to go see Lowell lose to Northeastern.

Should be fun. Drunk college students. Drunk folks that think they're still in university.

Do you have tickets for Friday or Saturday? Friday will be the semifinals, so two games, Saturday just the one final game.

Yeah they need to go address it asap or get a neighbor to do it. I'm up in Rangeley but was visiting my family down south. Had a neighbor check on it yesterday and said the house was ok. When I got in today it was 35 before I could get some heat on.

With single digits again tonight it might be really be cutting it close to do tomorrow. I hope their house is well insulated and I'm hoping for the best for them.

It's ridiculous how long the Belmont section is taking between catering to the nimbys and who knows what the engineering firm is doing. I know someone that worked as professional engineer on the Winn Casino in Everett and that was 1000x times more challenging a civil engineering project than a 15 ft wide path along an already established right of way.
