You know, for a group known for hating gay people... They really want everyone to have sex with the president

Sounds about white supremacy and capitalism. Look at Central Park, destroyed a massive community to build it. Lots of roads and highways were diverted to go through non-white neighborhoods too.
But then again people will come on here and says it had nothing to do with race.

Chesterfield Berry Farm has a 8 acre one. I didn't have the patience to go through it with my 8 year old on Sunday but seemed many liked it.

We went through Freedom Mortgage who helped us not only buy the house but also refinanced and everything was made amazingly smooth.

Something people also miss: teacher and child mental health. People act like kids can't be affected by everything around them.

COVID didn't make things worse. It just accelerated everything already on a downward trajectory like our public health and education systems. Its failing kids because the systems are also failing their parents.

I mean would anyone here want to be a teacher? I doubt it. We don't teach children to succeed, we teach them to ace a test. We can't teach anything that is not whitewashed. Parents and politicians want teachers to be security guards, police officers, baby sitters, parents, and many other things. Parents straight up attack teachers and call for their jobs when their kids are horrible. Plus they are horribly underfunded. Take away police and military money and give it to the schools.

Man if only there was solutions to this... like increasing social services and getting people out of poverty like all the studies show. Nah, lets just alarm people, blame it on the same people, act like its a war zone, and give the cops (who don't prevent anything) more money.

No that makes sense. Both parties are pretty greedy, just one more overt than the other.

Down payment depends on the loan and your credit. Its not a knock, I just can't imagine spending that much and at the whim on some person who just literally collects money for a living.

Did you buy around 6-8 years ago? It sounds like their rent never went up either, which is insane. If it changed over the years, then nevermind my questions but if they were paying that much a month over the 8 years, crazy.

I know my choice. I just can't believe that much of a hike. I feel there are plenty of houses for sale around that area over the last 8 years they could have bought for the same amount they were renting.

I'm sorry... what?! They don't own that house? Are housing prices for mortgages like that in the city? I live in midlothian and my guess is that my house is bigger than the house on grace street.

Always NIMBYS. They think it will turn traffic into Atlanta or new York etc. People have been convinced this stuff is bad to them and will turn it into a gang territory.
