My opinion is that he is not growing whatsoever. This is a PR cover story so he can make a change for his direct family member so that she's less recognizable for the jury and so that the jury won't see any photos of her in an orange suit. If he simply made this decision without a family member being involved I would buy it, but this I don't buy. I wouldn't be surprised if this policy change reverts the second this case is over.

>If you had that perspective — if your child or your mother or your uncle or aunt was being accused of something and an investigation ensues what would you do to protect that person? I know that a normal person would do anything in their power to do.

I’m guessing he didn’t stop to consider how corrupt this statement is coming from a sheriff.

The answer is yes. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but it will happen. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but if businesses can find any way at all to not pay an employee a proper wage to do something they will do it.

Already people in the tech sector have their jobs replaced by programmers in lower wage countries, this is just the next step.

I envision a nightmare hellscape job where a living, breathing programmer, has to spend their days fixing AI generated code because some nerd in accounting determined it was cheaper than doing it right the first time.

As the AI gets better at coding, less humans will be needed to fix the coding.

Before the cancel culture alarmists start bombarding this comment section. I too grew up hearing this phrase fairly often and by people no one would accuse of being racist, but this woman is highly unpleasant and mean. She meant it to be hostile.

She has created an environment where women have given up being at Harvard to get away from her. This is considered the most prestigious college in the country. You get amazing career opportunities if you graduate from there. No one is going to bail on getting a Harvard diploma over nothing. So before some Tucker Carlson fan boy starts blaming the upcoming departure of this subhuman demon spawn from Harvard, think about the totality of the circumstances. Her statements are the straw that broke the camel's back, it is not the whole story, it might simply be a thing where multiple witnesses observed hostile behavior because people like this coach often engage in their worst behavior when victims are alone and accusations can be denied.

>Police were following Aviles because she was wanted in connection with six other burglaries. Police sources described her as a recidivist who had just been arrested Dec. 8. Aviles was arrested for seven burglaries in the 19th Precinct on the Upper East Side alone between Nov. 25 and Dec. 8.

Arrested for seven burglaries in less than a month and out on bail. That's crazy.
