Excellent, thanks for the info. Just my two cents but I go up to Killington, VT often, and they offer a free shuttle that the restaurants on Killington Access Rd. rotate operating. Maybe the water district and Shrewsbury st could operate something similar? Obv that’s more of a restaurant/nightlife focus, but every bit counts.
Maybe get restaurants/bars to participate in a discount program. Show us you rode share here/took public transportation and get $5 off you tab. Idk just spitballing.

Serious question so I don’t mean to come off as a dick; I work in public transportation and am intrigued- what exactly is this group doing to try and enact change?

Southbridge sucks and somehow gets more snow than Worcester. I’d avoid unless it’s your only option financially.

You need dedicated snow tires if you live on a hill. If you don’t, plan your route accordingly. If you do, downshift while going down the hill instead of braking, when going up you need momentum. AWD/4WD definitely helps but aren’t totally necessary with good snow tires. If you’ve never driven in the snow get out in an empty parking lot at night and practice.

Never let another car take a left when you’re turning left onto their street, apparently. And don’t forget to run every red light 3 seconds after it changes.

Sorry man, that sucks. My advice is to do what every guy does when they get broken up with- hit the gym and get shredded. You can probably make some friends there, if not your confidence and self-esteem will improve and carry you through this tough time.
I’d offer to hang out, but I’m 35 with a wife and a kid on the way, so I’m about to disappear off the face of the earth in a few months. Wish me luck.

That is completely true, atleast according to my friend, who stays in close contact with the son.

I’ve told this story on here before- but one of my best friend’s used to play semi-pro paintball with the owner of Yankee Candle’s kids, and the owner would foot all of the bills for the team, basically sending his stoner son and his friends around the country to get waxed in tournaments they had no right to actually compete in. Finally the guy had enough with burning money on this team and offered his son a Lambo to quit. The kid took the Lambo.

Bagel time like everyone is saying, although their coffee is terrible. Market 32 makes surprisingly good bagels I end up doing that a lot bc the line at bagel time is always long.

No. I think Armando’s on Grafton St might rent, but I’m really not sure. I would stay away from mens wearhouse though I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them renting suits. Think I’ve been in 4 weddings with rented suits from them and they all fit terrible.
