Waverly Brewing moved to an events/private party model. I think the rental fee is basically just an order minimum.
I also think Blue Pit facilitates private parties.

Dylan's Oyster Cellar and then Bluebird for cocktails. Finish the night at Griffith's, Zissimo's, or Frijoles.

I think 36th & Hickory takes the cake, though. I feel like a solid quarter of the cars going through that intersection completely ignore the stop signs and pedestrians.

I'm home in Detroit and literally just ordered it a few minutes ago 😂
Pizza Underground is good, but it's definitely not the same. Matthew's is also good but not the same.

There's a few Double T diners around, which are like your classic old-school diner. Broadway Diner also falls into this category for me.
Then there's also Pete's Grille, The Lunchbox, and Silver Queen Cafe.

Fellow Michigander. I feel like diners can often scratch that itch. (Admittedly, I've never really been down with hotdogs though.)
But just wait until the Jet's cravings hit.

Spring Cafe, Tia's (the water ice place), and Jerk Taco were great additions IMO

If you think Atlas is doing anything for the food scene in Baltimore, your soul is beyond redemption. But hey, at least you'll get to shake the owners' hands in hell?

Because dozens of restaurants that are just boutique versions of Chili's get old. They also have racially motivated/selectively enforced dress codes.

Hampden mode: Anything that makes you leave your spot on weekends or after about 5pm weekdays.

I used to commute to the Mall & L'Enfant 3-4 days a week. I would bike to Penn, ride the MARC to Union, and bike to my office (where there was a gym with showers). It was a slog, but I didn't mind it. I had a hotspot and used "working on the train" as an excuse to get in later or leave earlier. (If you ever saw "MARC Public WiFi," that was my hotspot. 😇)
Prior to that, I used to drive to Gaithersburg 4 days a week. That was terrible.

May not be what you're looking for, but maybe Brewer's Art?
The upstairs dining area is white tablecloths, and they also have things like burgers, fries, and mac n cheese.
The other thing that comes to mind is Little Italy.

And how could I forget! Blue Pit is my favorite happy hour spot (along with pre-Covid Paulie Gee's back bar happy hour, but they're not open on Mondays, and I'm not sure if HH is back yet because I am also a homebody).

I will drink $5 figgy pops at Rocket to Venus all day long (until 6:30 pm).
Dylan's has happy hour specials.
La Cuchara also has a pretty good happy hour.

They're on the pricier side in general, but I've never had the feeling that they're trying to take advantage of me.
If Keswick Auto does inspections, they are also very honest and have always done right by me.

The Parkway and the Charles Theatre were the first theatres that came to mind.
But the 2640 Space (operated by Red Emma's) and Metro Gallery could also be worth looking into.
Obligatory pour one out for the Windup Space and whatever the event space that's now Bluebird used to be called.
