Reply to [Adam Schefter] Sources: The Arizona Cardinals fired head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who 10 months ago signed a contract extension through the 2027 season. The Cardinals still never have had a head coach - any head coach - last longer than six years while the team has existed for over 100 years. by B0rtles
If we could all be so lucky. $27 million to sit at home for 3 years. It’s not like a normal person getting fired where they’re wondering how they’re gonna pay rent next month.

They’re a good team, definitely. I said they’re not that good where a reasonable person would have no doubt that they’d beat all the playoff teams other than Georgia. Those are two very different things. They lost to LSU and Tennessee, of course they could lose to any of the playoff teams. They clearly didn’t establish themselves as a dominant team. Like I said, barely beat a shorthanded Texas team. This years Bama team isn’t the same as years’ past.

If Alabama was that good they wouldn’t have lost twice. I’m not so sure they would beat any of the teams in the playoff. Hell they could barely beat a backup QB Texas team by 1 point.

There’s a very cool board game that just came out called John Company 2nd edition that allows you to play as one of the families (Hastings, Larkins, etc) while running the company together and competing for the most power and wealth for your family to win the game. You can either follow what historically happened or veer off and recreate history based on how you choose to run the company and which laws parliament passes. Super fun and interesting negotiation game.

I have no idea what he did but policy violation is enough to fire somebody.
